Tradenalyze Privacy Policy

01. Who we are

This Privacy Policy is issued by the Tradenalyze team ("Tradenalyze," "we," "us," or "our"), and applies to the Tradenalyze iOS app and any associated website.

02. Information we collect

Information you provide directly

• Account info: your email address and a provider ID, supplied automatically when you sign in with Apple or Google. We never see or store a password.
• Profile: the display name and profile photo you optionally set in Settings, and the onboarding answers you give (trading experience, primary market, trading style, preferred analysis detail level).
• Chart images: photos or screenshots of trading charts you capture or upload for analysis.
• Support requests: anything you email us directly.

Information collected automatically

• Saved analyses: the AI-generated output for each chart you save (asset, strategy, trend/signal/risk levels, an AI confidence score, and the detailed breakdown of stop-loss/take-profit reasoning, gameplan, support/resistance, patterns, and sentiment).
• Streak activity: the dates you complete an analysis, used only to calculate your in-app streak count.
• Subscription status: purchase and renewal events for Tradenalyze Pro, provided to us by Apple/RevenueCat. We never see your card details.

03. How we use your information

• To run the core features: analyzing your charts, saving your history, tracking your streak, and managing your Tradenalyze Pro subscription.
• To personalize analysis to the preferences you set during onboarding.
• To keep the service secure, debug problems, and respond to support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations where applicable.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

04. AI processing

When you submit a chart for analysis, the image and a text prompt (including your stated trading preferences) are sent to Google's Gemini AI to generate the analysis. Google processes this data as our service provider under its own data protection terms. Please only upload trading charts and avoid photos containing personal information, other people, or unrelated documents.

AI output (trend calls, confidence scores, strategy suggestions) is generated automatically but is purely informational. We do not use it to make any automated decision that affects you, and you're always free to disregard or challenge it.

05. How we share information

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that make Tradenalyze work, each bound to use it solely for that purpose:

• Supabase: hosts our database, authentication, and file storage (your chart images and saved analyses).
• Google (Gemini API): processes chart images to generate your analysis, as described above.
• Apple: processes Sign in with Apple and all App Store subscription purchases.
• RevenueCat: manages subscription status and entitlements on our behalf.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

06. International data transfers

Our service providers (Supabase, Google, Apple, RevenueCat) operate globally and may process your data outside your home country. Each relies on its own standard contractual safeguards for cross-border transfers.

07. Your privacy rights

Wherever you're located, you can:

• Access or export your data: request a copy of what we hold about you.
• Correct your profile: update your information at any time in Settings → Edit Profile.
• Delete your account: delete your account and all associated data instantly in Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile and saved analyses from our systems (residual copies may briefly persist in encrypted backups before they cycle out).
• Object or withdraw consent: for any optional processing.
• Lodge a complaint: with your local data protection authority (e.g., the ICO in the UK, or your EU member state's authority) if you believe we've mishandled your data.

08. US state privacy rights

If you live in a US state with a comprehensive privacy law (e.g., California's CCPA/CPRA), you have the rights above as provided by that law, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information and do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising. You will never be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. 09. Data retention

• Account and profile data: kept while your account is active; deleted immediately when you delete your account.
• Saved analyses and chart images: kept while your account is active; deleted immediately when you delete your account.
• Backups: encrypted backups are retained briefly for disaster-recovery purposes and cycle out on a fixed schedule after deletion.

10. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, and database-level access rules ensuring you can only ever access your own data. No system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

11. Children's privacy

Tradenalyze is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, email Tradenalyze@gmail.com and we'll delete it promptly.

12. Cookies

The Tradenalyze app does not use cookies. If our website uses cookies, that will be disclosed separately there.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Tradenalyze evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app.
